Prior to this appointment, he served in the capacity of . Chargé d’affaires a.i. of the Liberia Mission in Vienna, Austria and of was First Secretary & Consul of the Liberian Embassy in Belgium, the Federal Republic of Germany and as Second Secretary/Vice Consul at the Liberian Embassy in Bonn, Germany
Mr. Paul W. Tate joined the Liberia Foreign Service in 1998 and holds a graduate Diploma in Political Science and International Relations.
